• incorporated with 501(c)(3) status in November 2004
• based in Lexington and serving the Greater Bluegrass Area
• all volunteer board serving no more than 4 annual terms consecutively
• facilitated over 40 public art projects to date
• all artworks virtually 100% passer-by created
• each project attract between 30 to 300 participants
• press in Herald Leader, Advocate Messenger, KY Sunrise, Nougat, etc.
