Submissions must be postmarked/uploaded by June 30, 2009.
Original submissions only - no covers.
Band/Artist must be the writer/creator/performer of the track, and own all rights to the music.
All genres are invited to participate.
Submissions for the compilation will be chosen according to overall composition, songwriting, skill of execution, expressiveness and originality.
The compilation is open to artists based in Central Kentucky (primarily areas in and around Lexington). If you are unsure about whether of not you fit into this, email us and we can confirm your location2019s eligibility.
Must be submitted in mp3 format.
All decisions made by citizensCREATE! are final.
Entrants whose submissions are selected for the compilation will be notified by July 17, 2009 and asked to sign this
